Business systems integration

Make your systems
work together.

Connect the software and equipment your business depends on. We build integrations between modern platforms, established databases and operational systems so information can move without repeated manual entry.

An early idea is enough to start a conversation.

Systems integration

Capture once.
Use it where needed.

An order, job or site transaction often needs to reach several systems. We help establish where each record belongs and how it should move between teams and applications. The aim is a dependable flow of information that fits your operation and the interfaces your systems actually provide.

Connect modern platforms

Connect modern platforms

Link accounting, ERP, asset management and cloud applications through available APIs. Move orders, job details, stock records and transactions between systems with the necessary mapping and checks.

Bring older systems along

Work with established databases, file exports and business software. Where an API is unavailable, assess supported ways to exchange information while retaining the parts of your system that still serve the business.

Join the site to the office

Connect supported weighbridges, instruments and site equipment with operational and office applications. Make captured information available to the people who need to act on it.

How we work

A connection is only useful
if you can rely on it.

We review the available interfaces, access permissions and data requirements before recommending an approach. The work includes deciding what happens when a record is incomplete, a destination is unavailable or the same transaction is received again.

  1. Map the information and ownership

Agree which system is responsible for each record, how fields correspond and when updates should move. Identify any transformations and validation needed along the way.

  2. Handle interruptions and exceptions

Plan retries, duplicate handling and a way for staff to see and resolve failed transfers. Match the approach to the consequences of a delayed or incorrect record.

  3. Introduce the connection carefully

Test with representative data and the systems involved. Plan access, monitoring, handover and a staged rollout where the operation calls for it.

Software used
in real operations.

Tetrascale is one example of our work connecting site operations and business information. It brings together weighbridge activity, digital dockets, compatible site equipment and business systems. We can discuss your equipment and software to establish which connections are practical.

Before we start

A few common questions.

What if our system has no API?

An API is not the only possible interface. Depending on the software and its supported access, database connections or file exchange may be options. We assess compatibility and permissions before committing to a method.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

Not necessarily. Integration can connect systems that still work well for you. We assess what can be retained and where limitations would make a change worthwhile.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

The names of the systems you use, the information you want to move and an example of the current process are useful. You do not need a complete technical specification.
